Ken Silver - President
Ken is entering his eighth season as a team owner in the Coastal Plain League and his third season as owner of the Forest City Owls. Silver purchased the CPL franchise Gastonia Grizzlies in 2002 and the Spartanburg Stingers in 2004. Before that he was an owner of the Savannah Sand Gnats of the South Atlantic League. He was elected the Second Vice President of the league in 2002 and served on the Board of Directors for the SAL from 1991 to 2005. Silver was part owner of the Erie Sea Wolves from 1993-1999 and has also owned the Modesto A's of the California League. Ken and his wife Bette have three children; Mike, Kevin, and Debbie, and seven grandchildren.
James Wolfe - General Manager

James is entering his fifth season as a general manager in the Coastal Plain League and his third with the Forest City Owls. Before joining the Owls, James worked three seasons with the CPL's Spartanburg Stingers, two of which he served as the team's general manager. Before joining the Stingers, Wolfe worked three seasons with the Kinston Indians of the Carolina League and one season with the Appalachian League's Burlington Indians. Wolfe is a native of Calypso, NC and is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is responsible for the daily operation of the organization and oversees all baseball and business operations, sales, and administration. Under Wolfe's leadership the Owls broke the Coastal Plain League single season attendance record and won the league's Organization of the Year in 2008 and the team captured its first Petitt Cup Championship in 2009. James currently resides in Spindale, NC with his wife Kim.
Denise Holland - Assistant General Manager

Denise is entering her third season working in baseball as the Owls' Assistant General Manager. Denise, originally from California, has lived in Rutherford County most of her life. She is responsible in assisting all aspects of the day to day operation of the business including sponsorship and ticket sales, managing game day staff, and marketing for the team. She currently resides in Forest City with her husband Steve. Denise has two daughters; Ashley and Haley.
Marie Franklin - Director of Tickets and Group Sales

Marie is entering her third season working with Forest City Baseball as the Owl’s Director of Ticket and Group Sales. Marie was an intern for the Owls during the 2008 season. She is a native of Rutherford County and is a recent graduate of Appalachian State University with a degree in advertising and a minor in marketing. She is responsible for managing ticket sales and organizing group events as well as box office operations. Marie currently resides in Cliffside.
Kiva Fuller - Office Manager

Kiva is in her first season with the Forest City Owls. She worked in the McNair Field ticket office during Owls home games in the 2009 season. She is responsible for all day to day activities of the Owls office, including bookkeeping, overseeing and scheduling game day workers, and handling appointments. Kiva currently resides in Sandy Mush with her husband Rick. They have one son, Blake.
